    昨日は沖縄ダイビングのベストシーズンについて投稿しました。

    すでにダイバーの方向けの情報なので、今回はノンダイバーの方のための情報となります。

    ダイビングに興味のある方は沖縄でダイビングを始めたいと思うことも大いにあります。

    体験ダイビングなら1日ですが、ライセンス取得なら4日以上です。

    多くの方が長期休みを取れる夏休みがダイビングライセンスをとるチャンスですが、    台風を考慮に入れなければなりません。

    台風により飛行機が飛ばない、海が荒れて潜れないことが多々あります。その際はダイビングに代わる予定を考えておきましょう（プランB）。

    観光、ホテルでのんびり、ダイビング以外のスポーツなど。

    プランBを考えておかないと、せっかくの旅行を無駄にしてしまします。

    冬は風が強く、初心者にとっては寒いのでおすすめできません（ダイビングを嫌ってしまうかも）。

    ダイビングでは日焼け対策も必須です。日焼け止めクリーム、サングラス、帽子など。船酔いする方は酔い止めも必要です。

    また学科、プールは地元で実施して、海洋を沖縄で行うという方法もあります。

    このような質問をよく受けます。

    私の個人的な意見ですので、ご了承ください。

    まず、目的と場所によって異なります。

    ・沖縄本島、慶良間諸島
    　4月中旬から梅雨前まで及び梅雨後から7月末まで
    理由
    　この時期は暖かく、光も強いので水中も明るく生物も豊富です。また台風の心配もほとんどないので予定が組みやすいです。
    GWは混雑するのと料金が跳ね上がるのでご注意を。
    秋から冬は北風が強くダイビングできない日が多くなります。

    ・宮古島
    　4月中旬から梅雨前まで及び梅雨後から7月末まで
    理由
    　地形のポイントに真上から光が入るのがこの時期です。幻想的な光を楽しむなら夏至前後、ただし梅雨の時期は光が入らない可能性があります。
    珊瑚礁エリアなら台風シーズンを外した方がいいでしょう。冬は風で潜れない日が多くなります。

    ・石垣島
    　10月
    理由
    　マンタの個体数がピークになる時期です。他の時期でもマンタを見ることができますが、可能性は低くなります。マンタを目的ならこの10月を狙いましょう。

    ・与那国島
    　12月から2月
    理由
    　海底遺跡は南風が吹くと潜れませんので北風の吹く冬がベストです。またハンマーヘッドも冬に多くみれます。
    今後は珊瑚礁エリアが開放されたら、GW前後がいいかも知れませんね。

    沖縄地方は暖かく、1年中ウェットスーツで潜ることが可能ですが、特に冬はボート上は風が強く寒いので、防寒対策をしましょう。

    私は寒がりなのでほとんど1年中ドライスーツですが（笑）

    I often get questions like this.

    Please understand that this is my personal opinion.

    First, it depends on the purpose and location.

    ・Okinawa Main Island, Kerama Islands
    　From mid-April to before the rainy season and after the rainy season to the end of July
     
    Reason
    　This time of year is warm and the light is strong, so the water is bright and the livings are abundant.  Also, there is almost no worry about typhoons, so it is easy to plan.
    Please note that Golden week will be crowded and the price will surge.
    From autumn to winter, there are many days when the north wind is strong and you cannot dive.

    ・Miyako Island
    　From mid-April to before the rainy season and after the rainy season to the end of July
     
    Reason
       At this time of year, the topography points are illuminated from directly above. If you want to enjoy the fantastic light, it is around the summer solstice, but there is a possibility that the light will not enter during the rainy season.
     Coral reef areas should be avoided during typhoon season. In winter, there are many days when it is not possible to dive due to the wind.

    ・Ishigaki Island
       October
     
    Reason
       This is the time when the manta ray population reaches its peak. You can also see manta rays at other times of the year, but the chances are less. If you're aiming for manta rays, aim for this October.

    ・Yonaguni Island
    　December to February
     
    Reason
       The undersea ruins cannot be dived when the south wind blows, so winter when the north wind blows is best.  Hammerheads are also common in winter.
    In the future, if the coral reef area is opened, it may be good to go around GW.

    The Okinawa region is warm and it is possible to dive in a wetsuit all year round, but it is especially windy and cold on the boat in winter, so please take measures against the cold.

    I'm sensitive to the cold, so I wear a drysuit most of the year.
    Even in Okinawa! !

    日本最西端の島、与那国島。

    ダイビングと言ったら海中遺跡。いつの時代に造られたものか？
    まだ解明されていません。

    ダイビングは20mから30mの深度で流れが速いため中級者以上の資格、経験が必要です。ドリフトダイビングですのでボートの経験も必要です。

    ハンマーヘッドシャークも有名で、時期が合えば100匹以上遭遇できるでしょう。

    最近島の北部で大規模な珊瑚礁が発見されました。

    無限大の可能性と価値を秘めた与那国島。

    ぜひ訪れてみてください。


    与那国島への行き方

    石垣島からフェリー　
    約4時間、2便/週

    那覇空港から 飛行機（RAC、JALで予約可能）
    約1時間半、2便/日

    石垣島空港から 飛行機（RAC、JALで予約可能）
    約30分、2便/日

    沖縄の美ら海水族館、名前を聞いたことないという人はほとんどいないと思います。

    なんと言ってもジンベイザメ。以前は2匹いましたが、私が訪れた数ヶ月後1匹が亡くなりました。

    非常に残念ですがジンベイザメも生物、いつかは 亡くなります。またジンベイザメが美ら海水族館にやってくることを願っています。

    そのほか、珊瑚、深海魚、世界の魚など見るべきものはたくさんあります。

    水族館の他に文化館、植物園など見所はたくさんあります。1日では足らないくらいなので、時間をたっぷりとって訪れてくださいね（笑）

    USSエモンズは日本最大のレックポイントで非常に人気が高いです。

    その大きさに圧巻され、写真をとってはしゃぎたくなりますが、沈没時に多くの方が亡くなりなっており、英霊を敬う姿勢も必要です。

    船体の横たわる水深は35〜45mとなり、流れも強いので上級者のみのポイントとなります。

    シングルシリンダーでも潜れますが、深いためあっという間にガスが無くなります。また減圧症のリスクも高まります。

    じっくり潜るためにはダブルシリンダーまたはサイドマウンドを推奨します。減圧症対策でNitrox50％も使用すると良いと思います。

    より安全を考えるならテクニカルダイビングの資格を取得してから潜ると良いでしょう。
